Can I ship to countries outside of the U.S.?

 

Yes - but you need to place your order via email.  Overseas shipping costs will be calculated and you can decide if you want to pay the extra fee.

 

I live in Alaska or Hawaii - why can't I pay standard shipping fees?

 

It costs us more to ship to these states - so we unfortunately have to pass on the costs to you.  We try to find the cheapest, best method - to minimize your costs.

 

Can I ship to more than one address on the same order form?


No, use one order form for each “Ship To” address.  

 

When will my order be shipped?

 

Orders ship within 5 to 7 business days. During peak holiday seasons it can take longer.

 

How will my order be shipped?

 

We ship by FedEx Ground, Regular or Priority Mail from the US Post Office. FedEx Tuesday through Saturday.  USPS “Priority Mail” delivers Monday through Saturday.

 

Shipments to post office boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, APO addresses and any other US Territory, outside the Continental US, are sent by USPS Regular or “Priority Mail.”  We do not ship Express to any of these locations.

 

Once shipped, how long will it take to receive my order?

 

It will take 5-7 business days for FedEx “Ground Delivery” in the Continental US.Regular and  “Priority Mail” takes two to five days. Shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

 

If you think your order is late, please keep in mind:

Credit card authorization must be received prior to our processing your order.

FedEx and UPS deliver Monday through Friday. USPS Regular and Priority Mail delivers Monday through Saturday.

 

What if I want my package left in a special place?

 

If you would like your package left in a specific location (at back door; with concierge; with neighbor), please enter those instructions in the “Additional Information” box when you place your order.

 

Can I ship faster than Ground Delivery?

 

Yes. For “2 Day” or "3 Day" delivery rates please contact us either by phone (619) 522-9633 or email customerservice@earthwindsea.com.  We do not ship expedited to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses or International locations.

 

Can I ship express or request special shipping?

 

If you require Next Day Express or special shipping services, please call us at (619) 522-9633.

 

Can I ship to a PO Box, APO or FPO address?

 

Yes, we ship to PO Boxes, APO and FPO addresses via USPS Regular or Priority Mail. To view our shipping rates, click here.  We do not ship expedited services to PO Boxes or Military addresses.

 

How will I know when my gift/order has arrived?

 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with FedEx or USPS tracking information. To check on delivery status, click directly on the FedEx or USPS tracking number provided. Please note that it may take 24 hours before information appears on the carrier’s website.

 

 

What if a package arrives damaged?

 

Claims for damaged goods must be reported to Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery. Contact us via email or call 212-695-8200 to receive a Return Authorization number.

 

Do you ship International orders?

 

No, unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

 

What if a wrong Ship To Address is entered on an order?

 

If an incorrect Ship To address is provided on an order shipped via Federal Express, there will be an $11.00 address change fee charged to your credit card.  This is a fee that is charged to us from FedEx.

 

RETURN POLICY

How do I handle a Return?

 

If an item is damaged:

You must contact Customer Service within 5 business days of delivery and hold onto the box the order was shipped in. Once the claim has been settled the box can be discarded. Contact us via email (customerservice@earthwindsea.com) or call (619) 522-9633

 

To return an item that is not damaged:

You must contact Customer Service within 10 business days of delivery. Contact us via email (customerservice@earthwindsea.com) or call (619) 522-9633 to receive a “Return Authorization Number”. 

 

Items must be packed to prevent damage during shipping and be returned in good condition. We require the return shipment to be sent with a tracking number to confirm that we receive it, so that we can issue a return for the cost of the merchandise to your credit card.  Returns sent any other way will not be accepted. Please include the Return Authorization number on the front of the returned package.   WE DO NOT REIMBURSE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING TO RETURN MERCHANDISE.

 

Items returned more than 30 days after date of delivery will receive a refund credit to be used towards a future order at earthwindsea.com
